Privacy Policy

When you buy tickets

We collect your name, email address and the details of your purchase (event, tickets, amount, date). We use them to:

• send your receipt and ticket codes,
• check you in at the door,
• contact you if an event changes or is canceled, and process refunds,
• keep the records we need for accounting and tax.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never store it.

When you join our email list

If you sign up for updates, we store your email address along with how you found us (for example, which ad or link brought you to the site). We use it only to tell you about our events.

Analytics

To understand which ads and links bring people to the site, we record:

• the campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (such as UTM tags and the click ID that Meta adds),
• a random visitor ID generated in your browser,
• the page you landed on, the referring site, and your browser’s user agent,
• a salted, shortened hash of your IP address — enough to spot automated traffic, not enough to identify you.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone views the page, clicks to buy tickets, joins the email list or taps an outbound link, so our ads reach people likely to be interested. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.

Cookies and local storage

We don’t set advertising cookies of our own. The site keeps the campaign parameters and the random visitor ID in your browser’s local storage for 30 days, so a ticket purchase can be credited to the ad that led to it. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings. The Meta Pixel, when it loads, may set Meta’s cookies.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the job:

• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Supabase — our database (orders, email list, analytics).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sends receipt and refund emails.
• Meta — the Meta Pixel, for measuring and targeting ads.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with anyone except these providers, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Order records: as long as we need them for refunds, disputes, accounting and tax.
• Email list: until you ask to be removed.
• Analytics records: for as long as they’re useful for measuring our marketing.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it, leave the email list, or have your data deleted, email tickets@sonicpalettes.comfrom the address you used. We may need to keep order records we’re legally required to retain, but we’ll delete everything else.
