Terms of Sale

Who you're buying from

Tickets are sold by Oliver Xu, doing business as Sonic Palettes, based in New York, NY. Sonic Palettes produces electronic music events (techno, acid, footwork) in New York City and sells tickets to them online.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the ticket page is the total you pay at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive a receipt email with your ticket codes.

What a ticket is

A ticket is a licence to enter one event, on its date, once. It stays our property and can be revoked if these terms are broken.

• Each ticket code admits one person, one time.
• The first scan of a code is the one that counts — copies or duplicates of a code already used are void.
• Keep your codes private; anyone holding a code can use it.

Age and ID

Where an event is listed with an age limit (for example 21+), you must meet it and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The venue will check it at the door.

At the event

• We and the venue may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave, for safety reasons or for behaviour that puts others at risk.
• Lineups and set times can change. A change to the lineup or running order isn’t on its own grounds for a refund.
• Follow the venue’s own rules and staff instructions.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, or you’d like a refund, our refund & cancellation policy explains what happens.

Resale

Please don’t resell tickets for more than you paid. We can only stand behind tickets bought directly from us; a code bought elsewhere may already have been used.

Your data

How we use the details you give us at checkout is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
